Here’s what I said on 6/1/20. “I wanted to take some of the hopeful things I was seeing on my timeline and ennoble them with this great theme from the Civil Rights movement. I know there is much to lament and be angry about, and I know there is much to overcome in myself. But I share this to point to some signs of hope, and the ultimate hope we have in Christ. I hope this encourages some who are weary, and helps others realize the magnitude of this historical moment, and rise to the occasion.”
